These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of jayscottcoaching.com (the “Site”) and any services offered by Jay Scott Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it to send spam or harmful content.
Applying through the Site does not guarantee acceptance into a coaching program. Coaching is a collaborative relationship and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice or treatment. Any specific terms for a paid engagement, including scope, fees, scheduling, and cancellation, will be set out in a separate agreement between you and Jay Scott Coaching.
Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances. We do not warrant or guarantee any particular result. Testimonials on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of your results.
Fees for services are as agreed in your separate engagement or on the applicable payment page. Payments are processed by third-party providers; by paying, you agree to their terms. Refund and cancellation terms, if any, will be stated in your engagement agreement.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the “Unshakable Man Method,” and other materials, are owned by Jay Scott Coaching or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Please also review our Disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jay Scott Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the revision. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the current Terms.
